Since 2005 our core business has been the creation of the most detailed and accurate Inventory and Check Out Reports available.

Over these 20 years we have created thousands of Reports for a diverse range of unfurnished and furnished property types. We are also proud to be an executive member of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC).

In 2008 we enhanced our Independent Property Assessment Services to include EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) creation and Floor Plan creation. We are accredited by the highly regarded Elmhurst Energy to carry out these Energy Performance Certificates for residential properties.

Since then we completed our service offering with Rental Property Interim Inspection, and most recently Maintenance work provision.
