Floor Plans are an essential part of the marketing of a property for sale. These plans are also becoming more popular in the marketing of rental properties. We provide 2 main types of Floor Plan to our clients, standard or 3D. Examples of both are shown here:
How is the plan created?
Creation of the floor plan involves a visit to the relevant property where a plan of the property is drawn up. This will include the size and relative position of all windows and doors, together with kitchen units and bathroom suites. Adjoining garages and exterior ‘rooms’ are included. Detached garages and outbuildings are generally not included in the final plan.
How is the plan provided?
We deliver all plans in various image sizes and formats to suit your specific requirements, with differing levels of detail and content available. While renting is often a far shorter term endeavour compared to purchasing a property, it’s still a considerable life decision and a sizable investment for a tenant. The rental market also moves incredibly quickly and a floor plan provides that additional, initial layer of information that can help a tenant ascertain if a property is right for them, before they waste their time and the time of the listing agent by viewing.
