AAH Assessments, independent of its property assessment services, offers property maintenance and repair services to Letting Agents and Landlords, targeted at pre-tenancy property preparation, post-tenancy property repair, and necessary maintenance during a tenancy.
What kind of works do we carry out?
- Supply/fit batteries and light bulbs (inc. appliance light bulbs).
- Supply/fit smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
- Repairs of walls/woodwork and decorating.
- Tiling of basin splash backs and sealant/grout repairs.
- Supply/fit curtains, net curtains, rails/tracks and blinds (including made to measure).
- Supply/fit blind pull cord safety hooks.
- Supply/fit wall fixed items (towel rings, toilet roll holders, doorstops, etc.).
- Supply/fit replacement toilet seats, shower heads/hoses/brackets, plugs.
- Supply/fit replacement power sockets, light switches, aerial sockets, etc.
- Re-alignment/tightening of kitchen cupboard fronts and knobs/handles.
- Supply/fit pipe concealment, UPVC capping, door bars, etc.
- Exterior repairs to fencing, slabs, etc.
- Pre and post tenancy gardening
